Who we work with

We specialise in empowering young athletes across various sports, including Cricket, Soccer, BMX, Golf, and Tennis. Our programs are tailored to address the unique challenges they face, such as anxiety, self-doubt, and the pressures of competition. By providing personalised support and fostering a safe environment, we help athletes build confidence, resilience, and mental toughness, enabling them to perform at their best both on and off the field.

Program Structure

To maximise effectiveness, we divide the program into two phases:

Phase One

Mental Fitness Program

12 x 30-45 minute self paced, pre recorded sessions designed to build foundational knowledge for personalised Phase 2 Coaching.

  • Mind: 8 Sessions with Dan Rixon (Prime Mind Coaching.

  • Body: 2 sessions with Hassan Habollah (Pinpoint Physiotherapy)

  • ​Energy: 2 Sessions with Caity Byron (Caity B Wellness), a professional sports dietitian.

Phase two

Ongoing 1:1 Coaching with Dan Rixon

​

  • 30 - Minute Sessions tailored to individual needs and preferences.

  • 10 - Session package to be used over 6-month period.
